Step into leadership.

Organizational leadership is about business success and satisfying the needs of God's people through products, services, and care. SWU’s organizational leadership degree prepares graduates to work in numerous industries, cultivate people-centric leadership, and find God’s purpose for their lives. Our program creates influential leaders through biblically faithful education emphasizing Christian ethics alongside completing an internship where students can apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations.

At SWU, your coursework will focus on practical skills and case analysis to ensure you’re well-prepared to join the workforce as a people-centric leader. Cultivate your soft skills, develop the practical capabilities you need, and improve the workforce.
