Charity Prosser, a 2011 Charleston business graduate, was featured in a Dateline NBC story Sunday about a unique drug enforcement program in North Charleston that focuses on changing the lives of drug dealers. Prosser and her partner, Jamel Foster, detectives with the North Charleston Police Department, play a key role in this program aimed at putting an end to over-the-air drug dealing in the area.
