Driving range extension

The SWU grounds crew has been at work lengthening the driving range at the P.B. Wood Golf Practice Facility on SWU’s Central campus.
Improvements also include adding a berm to collect the balls and a swell on the left, also with a berm. According to Rob Bowling, grounds supervisor, the range will have a better flow and be more inviting to golfers interested in using it. He added that they were able to extend the range without disturbing the “World Class” cross country course.
