Debra Eischen, professor of business, shared her testimony about how God used many challenges during her professional life as opportunities, and urged students to put their future careers in God’s hands.
“The route to find your life’s purpose may not be direct. Embrace the detours, for they may reveal opportunities for learning and growth,” Eischen said. Known by students and SWU colleagues as “Dr. Deb,” Eischen was named the university’s Faculty Member of the Year this past spring.
