Groundbreaking for Dining Commons at SWU

Southern Wesleyan University students participate in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new university dining commons as university staff, faculty, students and board of trustees members watch.
The dining commons will provide a larger dining area for the university’s rapidly-growing student population, as well as banquet facilities for community activities. On the same day, the university held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new student residence hall to accommodate 200 additional students.

The new residence hall will house 200 additional students and help accommodate the university’s rapidly-growing student population. The facilities will also be available for conference attendees during the summer months. On the same day, the university held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new university dining commons, which will provide a larger dining area for the university, as well as banquet facilities for community activities.
