Liberty’s Bledsoe receives SWU Music Ensemble Scholarship

Matthew Bledsoe, a Liberty High School graduate, will participate in choral ensembles in the Fine Arts Division of Southern Wesleyan University, a National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) accredited institution.

Bledsoe will enter SWU this fall and major in vocal music education. Present at the signing were Michael Bledsoe, Matthew’s father; Jessica Bledsoe, Matthew’s mother; and Matthew’s brothers Drew and Eli.

The music scholarship is renewable and open to students who are active in their school’s music programs and Southern Wesleyan students involved in each of the university’s three performing groups.
