Specter takes part in groundbreaking

Barbara Specter, regional director – Columbia, represented SWU at the groundbreaking of the Richland Two Institute of Innovation (R2I2) June 26. Among the more than 100 attendees were elected officials, Richland Two School Board members, students, parents, community members, business partners and district staff.
