Warriors succeed in the classroom

Southern Wesleyan is excited to announce that the Fall 2017 season was not just a success on the field, but in the classroom as well.
Southern Wesleyan teams posted a cumulative athletic department GPA of 3.22 among the 19 Varsity programs. When the cumulative GPA was broken down, women's teams average a 3.24 GPA and the men's teams posted an average of 3.20.
"Our student-athletes are coming to campus with the desire to learn within the classroom while at the same time gaging within the community," said Director of Athletics Chris Williams. "This does not happen without the helpful effort made by so many to help them succeed."
Along with that, 89 student athletes were named to the Fall 2017 Dean's List! A complete list of the athletes honored is below.
