Dillon Groves, left, talks with Kelly Mims about services offered by the Pickens County YMCA during a health fair April 24, part of Wellness Week at SWU.

Groves is a psychology major from Laurens. The health fair was one of several activities during Wellness Week, which started April 21 with chapel speaker Christopher Yuan sharing the story of God’s redemption, grace and transformation in his life. Also, the Blood Connection conducted a blood drive and pedometers were given away in the “Pedometer Challenge,” in which students, faculty and staff who walked the most steps won prizes.
